2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide in forms: name, email address, phone number, company, website or profile, services of interest, objective, timeframe and message. For the newsletter, we collect your email address. We also record the date, page and language of the request. We do not ask for sensitive data.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process proposal requests to respond to and prepare proposals, based on pre-contractual steps requested by you (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). We send the newsletter only with your consent (point a), which you can withdraw at any time. We use visitor statistics based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (point f). We use Google Analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. We maintain site security based on our legitimate interest (point f). We never sell your data.
4. How long we retain data
We retain proposal requests that do not lead to a contract for up to 24 months after the last contact. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. In the event of a contract, data is retained for the period required by law, particularly for tax purposes.
5. Who processes data on our behalf
We use data processors to deliver our service: Lovable and Supabase (website and database hosting), Dominios.pt (email) and Google (email and Google Analytics). If you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, Meta's terms also apply. Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, the safeguards provided for under the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses, apply.
6. Security
We protect data using appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to geral@vieiramarketing.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission at www.cnpd.pt.
8. Virtual assistant
Vieirinha, the website assistant, responds automatically using its own knowledge base. The conversation stays entirely in your browser and only reaches our team if you decide to continue it on WhatsApp. Answers regarding marketing and business are general guidelines and do not replace professional advice.
9. Minors
This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
